Lamont Alumni Association Meeting
May 13, 5:30 p.m.
In attendance: Katie Watt, Paul Brooks, Ron Torp, Kerry Walsh, Joann Birsa, Ben Gerig
Order of business: finalize plans for the LAA graduation party.
When: June 2, 2:30 – 6 p.m.
What: Food will be provided by LAA members, guests will bring their own beverages
Who: Graduating students (we’ve obtained an email list from Lamont; there are 113 students graduating this year!); all LAA members; local alumni (we don’t have a comprehensive email list. Katie will post the info on Facebook and the new webpage and take RSVPs via email.); Lamont staff alumni
How: We will facilitate carpools. The evite will include the carpool meeting time and place, which will be Joy Burns Plaza at 2 p.m. It will also ask people to say with their RSVP whether they need a ride or can give a ride.
